EunJean Song, Founder

EunJean Song is a hospitality operations expert with 10+ years of leadership experience, spanning the restaurant, grocery, technology and co-working industries. 

She most recently led the retail, food and beverage operations at WeWork, where she developed and launched new retail products (WeWork Now, WeMrkt). Previously, she led operations units at world-class retail and restaurant companies. At Whole Foods Market, she developed systems and partnership models for 200+ restaurant and bar venues. With Chef Matt Dillon, she oversaw operations and expansion for six restaurants. And as director of operations for the Momofuku Group, she led the front-of-house and corporate office teams through domestic and international growth.

With Night School, EunJean combines the services of a traditional SBA with the creativity, rigor, and discipline she’s honed from her past experiences. Her mission is to help build healthy and thriving independent brands that are iconic touch points in our neighborhoods.
